| Invitation |
The Blue Water Regatta is sponsored by the Atlantic
Highlands Yacht Club and J/24 Fleet 128. This year's event will again
be a favorite stop on the Garden State Parkway Series. This regatta
is designated Category A in accordance with APPENDIX G2.3. |

| Rules |
The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of
Sailing; the prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association;
the rules of the J-24 class, except as any of these are altered by the
sailing instructions. |

| Eligibility |
The regatta is open to all J/24's as defined by the IJCA.
Competitors must have a valid measurement certificate to be eligible
for trophies. All helmsmen must be class members. Crew will be
weighed in at registration. |

| Launching |
Launching is via the AHYC hoist at the Municipal Harbor,
during registration times listed above. Check-in at the harbor gate upon
your arrival. Boat storage from Friday through Sunday is included in
the registration fee. Please contract directly with the harbor for
additional boat storage or trailer parking. Rafting of boats overnight
will be necessary. Bring dock lines and fenders. |

| Regatta Site |
Races will be sailed on Sandy Hook Bay and adjacent
waters. Courses will be windward/leeward, with number of laps
determined by prevailing conditions. |

On Saturday we will host a hot buffet with cash bar at AHYC.
Entertainment will be by That Band. |

| Directions |
From Garden State Parkway, exit 117 - Take route 36 east
approximatlely 9 miles. Look for sign "Atlantic Highlands Buisness District
next right." Go through light. Take jug handle onto First Avenue. Follow
to Harbor. AHYC is located atop the Shore Casino. Link to

Entry fee is $65. Dinners are $15 per person. Click on this link for
